The product sold is a digital PDF report delivered electronically immediately after a successful payment. Because the product is downloadable and consumed instantly, refund eligibility is limited as described below.
2. Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been successfully completed and the report has been delivered or made available for download.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- You were charged but the report was not delivered or was inaccessible due to a technical fault on our side.
- You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
- The file delivered is corrupted and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- You changed your mind after a successful download.
- You did not read the product description before purchase.
- The report does not contain a specific clause or detail you expected, even though it falls within the stated scope.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email info@techfoursolutions.com within 7 days of the original transaction with:
- Your full name and email used during checkout
- The Razorpay payment ID / order ID
- A brief description of the issue
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
